(3) The product quality reward and punishment system has been formulated, and the losses caused by product quality problems are borne by the responsible person.
(4) The production department organizes welders to visit and study in other companies to learn from other people's experience, so that our welding quality has been greatly improved.
(5) The product quality is included in the assessment and scoring range, accounting for 20 points in the 100-point assessment.
