Half of 2020 has passed. Looking back on the work in the first half of the year, with the joint efforts of all employees, certain achievements have been made, but difficulties and hopes coexist, and opportunities and challenges do not allow us to slacken.

1. In the first half of the year, the market sales center actively expanded the market and signed more than 10 project business contracts such as Guangxi Power Grid, Guizhou Power Grid, Hangzhou Hangyang, Luliang Jingxing Coal, Northwest Electric Power, Three Gorges Oasis, Guangdong Thermal Power, etc., with a cumulative order amount of more than 50 million yuan. In addition, several major projects are under negotiation.

2. The production department actively organizes production activities, adopts a variety of methods to effectively reduce the impact of the "epidemic" caused by the lag in production and delivery, and fully meets the customer's delivery plan. Among them, the cumulative shipment of steel products is about 2,500 tons, and there are 80 trains of AS I-beam and FRP bridge.

3. The procurement and logistics center further expands the supplier channels, and meets the needs of products and customer property on time and quality according to the requirements of qualified supplier management procedures.

4. The technology research and development work was carried out in an orderly manner, and a total of 5 new product developments and 3 terminal test machines were completed in the first half of the year. The review of "Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Center" and "Zhenjiang Municipal Enterprise Technology R&D Center" is in progress. The annual review of "high-tech enterprises" has entered the final stage. 6 new product patents have been reported to the State Intellectual Property Office for certification. Complete the collection, sorting and reporting of "technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises" upgrade certification data. Cooperate with customers to complete 16 pre-sales technical services and 29 technical guidance/person-times, which has been well received by customers.

5. Ou Rui certification body has supervised and audited the three major systems of our company. The audit experts focused on the QMS quality management system and the quality control, quality objectives, resource support, supplier management, customer property, performance evaluation and implementation of each process in the process of product realization for a detailed audit, and the company's records and other full set of information meet the system audit requirements.

1. Conscientiously grasp the project design, require the design of each contract product to be prepared in accordance with the contract requirements, customer drawings, contract technical review, disclosure documents, etc., and assign professional and technical personnel to be responsible for technical design.

2. On the premise of the effective completion of the business contract, closely follow the production process of each process, and earnestly grasp the product quality; Before the raw and auxiliary materials are put into storage, the full-time testing personnel will conduct sampling tests on the mechanical properties of the materials according to the relevant standards, and strictly check the materials entering the factory to ensure that the qualified materials are put into production.

3. Actively coordinate multiple resources, reasonably prepare production plans, and meet customer delivery needs.
