01.Service system
◇ The company's after-sales service system is fully managed in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system.
◇ The company sets up an "after-sales service center" to complete pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services in a timely, accurate and thoughtful manner in accordance with customer requirements.
◇ All service information from customers are fed back to the "After-sales Service Center", so as to ensure the integrity of the information. The full-time assistant manager of the service department conducts unified management and is responsible for processing.
◇ After-sales service requirements from customers are classified in the "After-sales Service Center" to distinguish the nature of after-sales service and issue service instructions at the same time.
◇ When the "After-sales Service Center" receives information requesting after-sales service, it begins to prepare relevant technical data and required materials and components. The preparation of the "after-sales service center" is not restricted by distinguishing the nature of the after-sales service, that is, whether the after-sales service is of a conventional nature or the damage caused by the user, the after-sales service will be treated the same. "After-sales service center" will receive after-sales service information in the first time, and prepare for after-sales service without restriction, so as to ensure that users get high-quality after-sales service in the first time.
◇ After receiving the instruction, the after-sales service personnel will rush to the site and start work as soon as possible after preparing the technical data and related components, materials, tools, etc.
02.Provide technical collaboration
◇ We will provide relevant materials required by users free of charge, and welcome to the company to participate in the inspection and guidance at any time.
◇ When necessary, we can assist users in plan planning and design, and provide technical consulting services. Assist users and power supply departments to go through relevant procedures for network access.
◇ Cooperate with relevant departments to review, accept, and appraise products according to product-related standards.
03.Supervision and acceptance
◇ Before the product leaves the factory, staff can be sent to the company to participate in the factory inspection.
◇ When the product is delivered, we will send a full-time technical staff to follow-up on-site service, the product will be unpacked, and the appearance and quantity of the product will be inspected and accepted with your technical staff to deal with the shortage of equipment quality and quantity.
04.Technical training
◇ Upon your request, we can be responsible for training the technical personnel, equipment operation and maintenance personnel of the user unit in the manufacturing plant or construction site, recommending the training plan and providing training materials one month before the start of the training approved by you, This enables the trained personnel to operate the equipment proficiently, understand the equipment structure, working principle, and be proficient in the daily maintenance of the equipment, and can eliminate general faults.
05.Installation guide
◇ During the equipment installation period, we will send experienced and capable service personnel to the site to guide the installation to ensure that the equipment provided by the construction party is installed smoothly and in time.
06.On-site debugging
◇ For the installed equipment, we will send technicians to the site for power-on debugging and technical guidance, and immediately answer various questions raised by users on the spot.
◇ The user can organize the power supply department, installation unit, etc. to participate in the performance test and measurement and safety acceptance, and the installation unit will preside over the power-on operation.
◇ During the equipment commissioning period, we will actively cooperate closely with relevant units to ensure the smooth progress of the interface work.
◇ After the equipment is officially energized and operated, you will organize the design unit, user unit, installation unit, and bidder to jointly carry out the completion inspection and acceptance, and sign the final acceptance agreement.
07.Free repairs during the warranty period
◇ During the warranty period, if there is a failure due to product quality problems, we will replace the damaged components, accessories, etc. free of charge, and we will be responsible for all other costs such as construction costs, labor costs, material costs and so on. The warranty period of the replaced parts starts from the date of replacement.
◇ We will also fully cooperate to deal with failures that are not caused by the equipment itself or force majeure.
08.Lifetime warranty service
◇ After the warranty period expires, if quality problems occur, we will deal with all problems that affect the normal operation of the equipment based on the principle of handling the problems first and then distinguishing responsibilities.
◇ We will reply within 1 hour after receiving a written notice from the user. We will send a service engineer to the site within 4 hours, and work with relevant departments to make a correct judgment on the site situation, formulate a detailed maintenance plan, and ensure that it will be used in a short time. The equipment resumes normal operation.
◇ For maintenance materials outside the warranty period, we only charge the relevant costs.
◇ Collect, process, and track user complaints, return visits to the equipment's operating status from time to time (1 time/year), and teach new maintenance and repair techniques to keep the equipment in better operating conditions.
◇ Regularly solicit user opinions, release "user feedback form", establish user files, and record product operation status.
09.Service guarantee ability
◇ The company has a service team with strong technical ability, which is in charge of special personnel and unified arrangements. All service personnel have rich work experience. The factory also regularly conducts theoretical lectures and technical training for service personnel to keep them abreast of new products. Technology, continuously improve service levels, thereby enriching the service force.
◇ After the production of each contract, sufficient spare parts are purchased according to the characteristics of the equipment supplied by the project and stored in the warehouse to ensure that each contract has sufficient spare parts, which can fully guarantee the long-term supply of spare parts; Domestic after-sales service centers are equipped with a certain number of commonly used spare parts to meet emergency needs. All spare parts are brand new and unused qualified products.
◇ For the special tools needed in after-sales service, a certain number of commonly used spare parts are available in the company's "after-sales service center" and the after-sales service department of various projects across the country to meet emergency needs.
